The Rise and Fall of La Diosa Guerrera

Deep in the heart of Puerto Rico, a revolution was brewing. Zeuxis, the woman who would become known as La Diosa Guerrera, was about to take the wrestling world by storm.

Born on November 3rd, 1988, Zeuxis had always been drawn to the art of lucha libre. As a young girl, she would watch matches from Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre and New Japan Pro Wrestling, mesmerized by the technical prowess of wrestlers like Ronda Rousey and Io Shirai.

Zeuxis' journey began in 2008, when she made her debut as a freelancer. At just 20 years old, she was already making waves with her Caballete and Package Piledriver moves. Her early career was marked by stints in World Wrestling Entertainment, Ring Of Honor, and Lucha Libre AAA World Wide.

As Zeuxis honed her craft, she began to attract attention from the top promotions. In 2012, she won the Mexican National Women's Championship, a title that cemented her status as one of the best female wrestlers in the world. The following year, she added the REINA- CMLL International Championship and CMLL-JAST International Junior Heavyweight Championship to her collection.

But it was her work in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre that truly showcased Zeuxis' abilities. She formed a tag team with fellow Puerto Rican wrestler, Princess Kira, and together they won the REINA World Tag Team Championship. This victory solidified their status as one of the top female tag teams in the world.

Zeuxis' crowning achievement came in 2018 when she captured the G21 Women's Championship. At just 30 years old, she had achieved what many considered impossible: becoming the best female wrestler in the world.

But Zeuxis' rise to the top was not without its challenges. She faced off against some of the toughest competition the sport had to offer, including Ronda Rousey and Io Shirai. Her matches were always intense and closely contested, with Zeuxis emerging victorious time and time again.

Zeuxis may have fallen from the heights she once reached, but her legacy remains intact. She will forever be remembered as La Diosa Guerrera, a true legend of lucha libre.
